Registration is now in progress for three popular Greater Rochester Chamber human resource networking forums.

The Senior HR Executive Forums meet monthly between October and May and provide for networking and discussion of critical HR issues impacting the success of your business through a combination of roundtable meetings as well as presentations by attorneys and HR consultants.

The forums are organized by employee size of the participating companies and are open to the top-level HR leader at Greater Rochester Chamber member companies at the Corporate and Partner levels. Eligible participants typically include VP of HR, HR Director, HR Manager, and may also include other titles such as CFO, business manager, office manager, etc. based on HR knowledge and experience. The qualifications of those interested are reviewed to ensure the level of expertise is commensurate with the group.

Monthly meeting topics are chosen by forum participants and focus on trending issues and HR initiatives. Past topics include HR and AI automation, navigating the shift in diversity and inclusion, leadership training, employment law updates, recruiting strategy, performance management trends, parental leave programs, compliance requirements, employee appreciation ideas, etc. Due to the sensitive nature of HR topics, meeting discussion content is confidential and is not to be shared outside the group.

Below are the scheduled meeting dates for each group.

Small Company Forum: (< 65 emp): Thursday Oct 9, Nov 13, Dec 11, Jan 15, Feb 12, Mar 12, Apr 9, May 7*
Mid-Size Company Forum: (65-249 emps): Thursday Oct 2, Nov 6, Dec 4, Jan 8, Feb 5, Mar 5, Apr 2, May 7*
Large Company Forum: (250+ emps): Tuesday Oct 7, Nov 4, Dec 2, Jan 6, Feb 3, Mar 3, Apr 7, May 7*

A nonrefundable annual registration fee of $195 is required and covers all eight meetings for the series, each of which runs from October 2025 through May 2026.

The deadline to respond is September 12, 2025. We recommend responding as soon as possible as space is limited and all three forums maxed out quickly last year.
