Greater Rochester Chamber Members Invited to Complete ROC Business Air Travel Survey

Greater Rochester Chamber is excited to partner with Monroe County to assist with the new ROC Business Air Travel Survey, administered by the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport. As the aviation industry continues to rebound from the COVID-19 pandemic, the airport is seeking feedback to gain insight into the needs of the business community.

As a Greater Rochester Chamber member, you have the opportunity to provide this feedback and shape the ROC Airport’s work with airline partners to better align with what your business needs. The ROC Airport team continues to be aggressive in its efforts to improve air service out of our airport, adding new airlines and nonstop destinations over the last three years. Given our geographic location between Buffalo and Syracuse, we are in a highly competitive environment as we advocate for more air service with our airline providers. Our ability to retain and grow air service in this competitive market depends on understanding the current and future needs of business travel in the greater Rochester area.

The survey is thirteen questions and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Your response will help make a difference by providing our airport team with the critical information and data needed to help facilitate more flights and destinations for ROC.
