2022 Rochester and National Compensation Data Available!

Greater Rochester Chamber conducts various local and national compensation and benefits surveys each year to help members maintain a competitive presence. As employers face ongoing challenges with hiring and retaining talent, pay and benefits continue to be an area of focus.

 

The 2022 Annual Wage and Salary Surveys were released in April 2022. The surveys report local wage and salary data reported from 192 member organizations on close to 300 jobs, including those in administration, finance, human resources, information technology, customer service, sales and marketing, health care, and manufacturing. These surveys are a valuable benchmarking tool to help employers maintain competitive pay rates in the Rochester area.

 

In addition, the 2022 National Executive Compensation Survey results were released in June 2022. This survey contains compensation and benefits/perks data reported by 1,607 organizations nationwide, 83 in the Rochester area, for 48 top level positions. A variety of breakouts are provided.

Annual benchmarking surveys are conducted as a benefit of Greater Rochester Chamber membership and only Corporate and Partner members are eligible to participate. All survey participants whose membership is in good standing automatically receive a complimentary copy of any benchmarking survey they participate in, a $245 value for the local wage surveys and $350 value for the national.
