There’s Still Time to Sign Up for 2022 Greater Rochester Chamber Wage Surveys
Don't miss the opportunity to receive complimentary pay data as a participant in the 2022 first quarter surveys!
In early December, Corporate and Partner members were sent an email invitation to participate in a variety of benchmarking surveys taking place this winter. Members that participate automatically receive complimentary results when released, as a benefit of membership. Below is a list of upcoming surveys:
- The National Executive Compensation Survey begin the week of January 3 and covers compensation and perquisites for 48 key executive positions.
- The local Annual Wage and Salary Surveys begin the week of January 10 and provide Rochester-area wage and salary data. The four local surveys include Nonexempt, Professional/Managerial, Manufacturing, and Health & Human Services.
- The Turnover and Absenteeism Survey starts the week of January 17 and gathers data on turnover statistics and paid sick leave policies for calendar year 2021.
