Goodwill of the Finger Lakes Opens New Chili Store
Rochester, N.Y. — Goodwill of the Finger Lakes celebrated the grand opening of its new Chili store this morning with a ribbon cutting alongside local officials, team members and more than 200 community members. Doors opened at 9 a.m., and the first 100 shoppers received a complimentary $10 Goodwill gift card, while supplies lasted. Located in the former Big Lots at Chili Square Plaza, the store is Goodwill’s first in Chili, eighth in Monroe County and 16th across its 20-county footprint. The new location offers the community a convenient place to shop affordably and donate gently used items, with every purchase supporting Goodwill of the Finger Lakes’ community programs and services, including Goodwill Vision Services, 211/LIFE LINE, Goodwill Learning Academy, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, workforce development and sustainability initiatives.
