Tracey B. Scarpello Joins The Glennon Law Firm
ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 31, 2026 — The Glennon Law Firm PC announced today the addition of Tracey B. Scarpello as counsel.
Scarpello brings to the firm her experience and expertise in disputes across multiple jurisdictions in federal and state courts, including complex commercial disputes, product liability and mass tort litigation, class-action arbitration and mediation.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as counsel at Nixon Peabody for more than 20 years, where she managed all phases of litigation — fact investigation and development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, trials and appeals — and has experience with the New York State Division of Human Rights (DHR).
Scarpello represented or advised past clients on a range of litigation matters, including: representing pharmaceutical and medical device companies in product liability matters across the U.S.; representing a national insurance industry client in multiple personal injury/wrongful death matters involving pesticide exposure; counseling a healthcare industry client in various contract disputes and ERISA claims; and representing former shareholders in a multi-million-dollar earnout claim.

Tracey Scarpello earned her juris doctorate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and her master’s degree as a physician assistant and her bachelor’s degree in health sciences and biology from Duquesne University.
