March 17, 2026 - Jennifer L. Chadwick, Esq. has been elected as the Managing Partner of Lacy Katzen LLP. She succeeds Peter T. Rogers, Esq. who led the firm for thirty years and will continue as a full-time partner in the firm advocating on behalf of his clients.
Jennifer brings decades of experience advising businesses, financial institutions, and individuals across a broad range of complex legal matters. Her practice focuses on corporate, regulatory compliance, business, banking, commercial real estate, and creditors' rights matters. She is widely regarded for her practical judgment, strategic insight, and client-focused approach.
