OSHA Electronic Reporting for Form 300A Due March 2
As in past years, covered establishments must electronically report information from their Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Form 300A via OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application (ITA). ITA transitioned to a more secure login process through Login.gov. Employers will need to access the application for the 2026 collection of calendar year 2025 Form 300A data.
Annual electronic submission of OSHA Form 300A (Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) is required by covered establishments. Covered establishments are those who had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and whose establishment is classified in an industry listed in Appendix A to subpart E. Helpful FAQs can be viewed here.
In addition, employers in high hazard industries are reminded to be sure and comply with the new requirements issued in 2024.
The required information is due by March 2 of the year after the calendar year covered by the forms (for example, due by March 2, 2026 for the forms covering calendar year 2025).
