ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Veterans Outreach Center (VOC) is proud to announce the appointment of Don Reeve as the new Chair of its Board of Directors. A long-time advocate for the organization, Reeve returns to the helm of the board to guide VOC’s strategic vision for 2026 and beyond.

Reeve brings a distinguished legacy of executive leadership and operational excellence to the role. In addition to being a combat veteran of the Vietnam War, he had a remarkable 42-year tenure at Wegmans Food Markets, retiring in 2012 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He has served multiple terms on the VOC Board of Directors, including five years as Board Chair.

"His decades of executive leadership and deep institutional knowledge of VOC make him the perfect partner to help us expand our impact. Don is truly invested in ensuring every veteran has the resources to rise."

Reeve’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as VOC continues to expand its workforce development, housing, and wellness initiatives. His background in large-scale corporate strategy will be instrumental in ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of these critical programs.
