Call for Applications: 2026 Greater Rochester Chamber MWBE Awards
ROCHESTER, NY (January 6, 2026) — Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce has issued a call for applications for its third annual MWBE Awards program. The annual Greater Rochester Chamber MWBE Awards list celebrates the fastest-growing, privately owned minority- and woman-owned business enterprises (MWBEs) headquartered in the Greater Rochester nine-county region. A list of MWBE Award honorees will be provided in alphabetical order in April, and the rankings will be revealed at a ceremony on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Based on Greater Rochester Chamber’s longstanding Top 100 Awards format, the ceremony is one of the largest celebrations of diverse business growth and innovation each year in Greater Rochester. The ceremony also recognizes all newly-certified Monroe County MWBEs in partnership with COMIDA, and MCIDC.
Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce accounting partner Insero Advisors, LLC determines MWBE Award rankings based upon dollar and percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, which allows companies of all sizes to compete on a level playing field. All revenue information received is kept strictly confidential and is not made public.
