Zywave HR Services Portal Partnership Ending 12/31
In an unfortunate repeat of the events of a few years ago with Mineral HR portal, we are sad to announce that our partnership with Zywave will be ending 12/31/25 due to a drastic cost increase. This is due to a change in their pricing model to a 'cost per user' model which is approximately 5 times what we were paying previously. Since Greater Rochester Chamber pays the full cost for members to access the Zywave HR Services portal, it is impossible to absorb such a cost increase.
The Zywave Learning Management System is on a separate timeline but will experience a similar price increase. However, the LMS contract won't cease until end of March 2026. We have already started notifying clients that we will not be able to renew after March.
We are actively sourcing a new solution for members, with BLR as one of the frontrunners, and we will announce a new relationship if and when it's finalized.
