NOVEMBER 6, 2025 (Rochester, NY) – Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce announced the rankings for its 2025 Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 List at an awards ceremony on Thursday, November 6th at the Floreano Convention Center, attended by over 1,500 business and community leaders from the Greater Rochester nine-county region. WeTheHobby, a multifaceted business that encompasses retail sports card sales, resale, card breaking, entertainment, and wholesale operations, took the number one spot on the 39th annual list. Civil construction firm Ironwood Power Services and food & beverage engineering company JCS Process & Control Systems rounded out the top three.

The annual Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 list celebrates the fastest-growing, privately owned companies in the Greater Rochester nine-county region. Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce accounting partner KPMG LLP determines Top 100 rankings based upon dollar and percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, which allows both large and small companies to compete on a level playing field. All revenue information received is kept in the strictest of confidence and is not made public.

“Congratulations to our 2025 Top 100 companies—powerful companies that are contributing to the vibrant and thriving regional economy in Greater Rochester. Amidst changing conditions and uncertain times, these companies are continuing to invest in their employees, their customers, and our shared region. We are grateful for their contributions to our community and the people who live, work, and play here,” said Bob Duffy, President & CEO, Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce. “Greater Rochester Chamber is proud to play a role in celebrating these companies and their successes at the biggest business party of the year. Thank you to our community for showing up in full force to join us in this celebration, and thank you to our sponsors, supporters, and partners for making this annual recognition celebration possible.”
