ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification October 2025

Join Chef Mary Beth Brinkerhoff for your ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification. Created and maintained by the National Restaurant Association, ServSafe is the most comprehensive food handling program offered today.
The Food Safety Manager certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness. Following in-person instruction, students who successfully pass the 90-question multiple-choice exam will receive a certificate valid for 5 years. A wallet card is also available for purchase via ServSafe directly.
The ServSafe Manager Certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the Conference for Food Protection Standards.

WSET Level 1 Award in Wines December 2025

WSET Level 1 Award in Wines is a certification course exploring wines, suitable for industry professionals and wine enthusiasts. Through this instructor-led course, you’ll learn about wine from the ground to the glass. You’ll gain knowledge of the principal and regionally significant grape varieties of the world, the regions in which they are grown, and the styles of wine they produce.
Through a combination of tasting and theory, you’ll explore the factors that impact style and quality and learn how to describe these wines with confidence. At the end of the day, students will take a 50-question multiple-choice exam. Successful completion of the course and the exam results in a certificate and lapel pin.
Your ticket price includes: study materials, 1-day of instructor-led lead classes, wine tasting, a multiple choice exam, and a certificate and pin upon passing.
