Bond, Schoeneck & King Appoints Andrew T. Rodrigue to Chief People Officer

(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King (Bond) is pleased to announce that Andrew T. Rodrigue has been named the firm’s first chief people officer as of August 2025.

Rodrigue brings more than two decades of strategic human resources leadership to the role. With a proven track record of driving organizational growth and fostering high-performing teams, he will lead Bond’s people strategy to support continued innovation and excellence across the firm.

 

Rodrigue joins Bond from Community Care Physicians (CCP), where he most recently served as senior vice president of human resources. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of HR for the dynamic healthcare organization, aligning workforce strategies with business goals and operational efficiency. His leadership was instrumental in implementing talent management programs, enhancing employee wellness initiatives and integrating HR technology to streamline operations.

 

In prior roles at CCP, Rodrigue played a pivotal role in the organization’s expansion. His contributions included leading HR strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic, managing payroll and benefits for thousands of employees and developing award-winning employee experience programs. Under his guidance, the organization earned multiple accolades as a top workplace both regionally and nationally.

 

Rodrigue holds a Master of Business Administration from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from Siena College. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is actively involved in industry organizations including SHRM, CRHRA, and Leadership Capital Region.
