Rochester, NY – July 28, 2025 - Continental Service Group, LLC d/b/a ConServe, a top-performing
provider of accounts receivable management services specializing in customized collections
solutions, is proud to announce that its former CEO, Mark E. Davitt, was inducted into ACA
International’s ACPAC Hall of Fame during the 2025 ACA International Convention & Expo held in
Louisville, KY.

ACPAC, a voluntary, bipartisan political action committee for ACA International, established its Hall
of Fame to recognize individuals who demonstrate exceptional support and leadership in the
association’s advocacy initiatives. This prestigious honor recognizes Mark’s long-standing
dedication, leadership, and significant contributions advancing the collection industry and supporting
advocacy efforts that protect and promote the accounts receivable management industry.

Mark began his involvement in the collection industry in 1979, working on both the creditor side in
higher education and the servicer side for defaulted loans and accounts receivable. Before founding
ConServe in 1985, his work experience included assignments in North Carolina, Boston, Cleveland,
Dallas, Philadelphia, New York, and South Carolina. He also served as Associate Bursar at RIT and
was the Assistant Coach for the RIT Men’s Ice Hockey team’s first national championship.

Mark served as President of ACA International from 2005 to 2006 and served the association on the
national level as Chairman of the National Legislative Council, as a member and Chairman of the
ACPAC Steering Committee, a member on ACA’s Agency Certification Committee, and as a member
of ACA’s Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee. While serving in these roles, Mark
presented to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the New York State Assembly, the New York City
Department of Consumer Affairs, the Taiwan Credit and Collection Association, and appeared on
CNBC on various aspects of the Debt Collection industry. His leadership in the Rochester, NY
community brought him several recognitions including the Small Business Council of Rochester’s
Business Person of the Year Award in 2013, the RBJ ICON Award in 2018, and the Saunders College
of RIT’s Herbert W. Vanden Brul Entrepreneurial Award in 2021.

“Being inducted into the ACPAC Hall of Fame is a well-deserved recognition of Mark’s remarkable
career and dedication to the accounts receivable management industry over the past 40 years,” said
Pam Baird, ConServe’s Owner and Chief Executive Officer. “Mark’s leadership, vision, and
commitment to advocacy initiatives have not only guided ConServe’s success but have left a lasting
impact on the industry as a whole.”
