Golfers Hit the Green, Raising over $600,000 for the CDS Wolf Foundation at the 38th Annual A Salute to Veterans Golf Tournament
Webster, N.Y. – July 22, 2025 – On Monday, July 21, 2025, the CDS Wolf Foundation hosted its 38th annual A Salute to Veterans Golf Tournament at Oak Hill Country Club. The event brought together numerous golfers, sponsors, and supporters who collectively raised over $600,000 to benefit the Veterans in the Warrior Salute Veteran Services program.
Warrior Salute Veteran Services is celebrating 15 years of providing essential case management and housing support to Veterans dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, and military sexual trauma. The Veterans in this program work diligently to heal, rebuild their lives, and reintegrate into civilian society. Thanks to the compassionate care and structured support Warrior Salute offers, 90 percent of participants who complete the program achieve their goals in employment, education, and independent living.
“The continued show of support from our local community and the participation in an event that benefits Warrior Salute Veteran Services is truly awe-inspiring,” said David Greenman, Executive Director of the CDS Wolf Foundation, adding, “The services are provided at no cost to the Veterans. However, the program does not receive permanent funding from federal, state, or local governments. Instead, Warrior Salute relies on the generosity of donors, including participants in the annual golf tournament, to sustain these vital services.”
CDS Life Transitions would like to thank all of the golfers, community volunteers, and sponsors, including the Title Sponsor – Idealease, Inc., and Platinum Sponsors – Forge Metal Finishing and Christa Construction.
