Summer Surveys in Progress – There’s Still Time to Participate!
Don’t miss your chance to stay competitive! Participate in one or more of these surveys and receive complimentary results to use for your internal benchmarking. Our annual HR benchmarking surveys are open to Corporate and Partner members and there is no cost to participate. The following surveys are in progress or are starting soon!
- 2025 Health Benefits Survey – This local survey reports valuable data on various employee benefits including: plan offerings, premium contributions, management of premium increases, and benefits strategies, plus data on dental, retiree medical, high deductible plans, self-insured plans, and more. - 2025 Pay Trends Survey – This annual survey reports pay adjustments (merit, cost of living, etc.) received as a percentage of pay in firms giving increases. An e-mail with the participation link will be sent the week of July 14 to members that signed up. IN PROGRESS NOW!
- 2026 Holiday Closings Survey – This annual survey reports anticipated 2026 holiday observances by member companies. An e-mail with the participation link will be sent the week of August 4 to members that signed up.
- 2026 Policies & Practices Survey - This biennial survey reports on topics such as: Pay Practices, Paid Time Off, Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee/Community Relations, Workplace Policies and more, with separate reports for local and national data. An e-mail with the link will be sent the week of September 15 to members that signed up.
