Coming to Tompkins after serving as Executive Market Director of J.P. Morgan Investments for almost three years, Proctor is an expert in managing the growth of wealth management businesses in Upstate New York. He has a proven track record of sales and revenue growth and achieving company targets with low compliance and firm risk. His teams maintain high levels of client service, making him the ideal leader for this position. Proctor had similar success with former company, Citizens Investment Services, where he led his team as regional director for 15 years.
A Western New York resident, Proctor holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from SUNY Brockport.
