2025 Annual Wage and Salary Benchmarking Surveys Released
Greater Rochester Chamber has released its four local 2025 Annual Wage and Salary Surveys - Professional/ Managerial, Nonexempt, Manufacturing, and Health & Human Services, along with the Co-op & Intern Survey. The surveys report local wage data on close to 300 jobs, including those in administration, finance, human resources, information technology, customer service, sales and marketing, health care, and manufacturing. These surveys are a valuable benchmarking tool to help employers maintain competitive pay rates in the Rochester area. Used together with our various policy, practice and benefits surveys, employers can get a well rounded picture of pay and benefits in the Rochester area to help ensure you can both attract and retain talent. These and other annual surveys are conducted as a benefit of membership and only Corporate and Partner members are eligible to participate. All survey participants whose membership is in good standing automatically receive a complimentary copy of the full results, a $245 value for the local wage surveys.
