The Colors of Success Leadership Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated exemplary leadership in creating cultures of belonging within their organizations and communities in the greater Rochester region with clear positive impacts as a result of these efforts. This award is our highest recognition for individual achievement related to diversity and belonging and is awarded annually.
This award elevates the work that is being done to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplaces, and cements it as a critical area of focus for all businesses. By showcasing these leaders and their work, Greater Rochester Chamber is inspiring our nearly 1,300 members and other local businesses to take up the same mantle to improve equity and access in our community.
