New Health & Wellness Benefit for Members…with a Twist
Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Four Points Inc. to offer a workplace Health & Wellness option that provides members the ability to enhance their benefit package with a program that pays for itself.
Together, Greater Rochester Chamber and Four Points Inc. are providing information on how employees can earn supplemental benefit protection by completing their choice of wellness activities, instead of paying for them out of pocket.
OUR HEALTH & WELLNESS STRATEGY:
- Delivers voluntary benefits without reducing your employees’ take-home pay
- Includes an easy-to-use web portal and Smartphone app for employees to manage their and their families’ health
- Saves employers approximately $500 per year per enrolled employee!
THE MOMENT FOR VOLUNTARY BENEFITS IS NOW
Due to the rising cost of health care, voluntary benefits are necessary for employees and their families to help fill gaps due to death, sickness, accidents, and other challenging circumstances such as COVID-19. With our voluntary benefits, employees are paid tax-free cash to help maintain their standard of living in the event of unexpected medical expenses.
In addition to the voluntary benefits, employee will enjoy 100% free Telemedicine, Virtual Counseling, Health Assessments and a variety of Lifestyle Coaching/Challenges. Four Points, Inc. is leading the way in WIMPER/SIMERP benefits, technology and security which means these are all available through their industry-leading Wellness App/Portals. And, because they value your employees’ online safety, their program proudly carries the industry leading HITRUST Certification!
