Buckingham Properties Expands Investment in Rochester with Acquisition of Blossom Road Business Center
Rochester, NY – Buckingham Properties, in partnership with Child Care Council, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Blossom Road Business Center, located in Rochester’s North Winton Village. The property adds approximately 260,000 square feet to Buckingham Properties’ growing portfolio and expands the company’s presence along the Blossom Road corridor.
The acquisition marks the third property Buckingham Properties has added to its portfolio in 2026, continuing the company’s strategic growth throughout the Rochester market.
ARTISANworks, a longstanding pillar of Rochester’s arts and cultural community, previously owned the Blossom Road Business Center campus. They will continue to own and operate their headquarters at 565 Blossom Road while refocusing their resources on their mission.
