Charlie Eagle: At Art-Craft Optical, American manufacturing is more than a business model—it is the foundation of who we are. Founded in 1918 supplying eyewear to U.S. and Allied troops during World War I, manufacturing has remained at the core of our company for more than a century. Now in our third generation of family leadership, we are proud that we are still manufacturing eyewear in Rochester, N.Y., the same city where the company was founded. Today, our products support the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, NATO and allied military partners around the world, while also serving aviation professionals and consumers who value quality and craftsmanship.
