July 14, 2026- Lacy Katzen LLP is pleased to announce that Olenka N. Miller has been named an associate attorney in its Creditor Rights Department. Having previously served as a paralegal, Miller brings a deep understanding of the firm's clients, practice, and commitment to exceptional service as she begins this new chapter in her legal career.
Miller concentrates her practice on representing property owners in eviction and landlord-tenant matters. She provides practical, effective legal counsel and works closely with clients to guide them through every stage of the eviction process, helping them navigate complex legal issues efficiently and strategically.

Miller earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from St. John Fisher College. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, Monroe County Bar Association, Ukrainian American Bar Association, and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys.
Outside the office, Miller enjoys golfing, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
