Call for Submissions: 2026 Greater Rochester Chamber Inclusive Leadership Award
Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations and applications for its 2026 Inclusive Leadership Award. Greater Rochester Chamber's Inclusive Leadership Award recognizes and honors organizations that create meaningful, lasting changes in workplace cultures where employees feel acknowledged and valued. These organizations lead with purpose, setting the standard for inclusive leadership that transcends their workplaces and positively impacts the Greater Rochester community.
Applications will be evaluated by an independent panel of judges based on the following award criteria:
- Cultivating a Culture of Belonging
- Implementing Fair & Equitable Practices
- Developing Empowered & Engaged Teams
- Fostering Community Connection

A group of finalists will be announced in early August. This year’s award will be presented at a ceremony on Wednesday, September 16 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
