June 11, 2026 (ROCHESTER, NY) - Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce announced the rankings for its third annual MWBE Awards on Thursday, June 11 at an awards ceremony with close to 450 business and community leaders in attendance. Travel Alliance Partnership, a service agency partnering with travel, tourism, and hospitality organizations across the country, took the top spot on the list. IN/EX Architecture and Upstate Interiors rounded out the top three.

Greater Rochester Chamber’s MWBE Awards celebrate the ongoing achievements of our region's fastest-growing MWBEs. These awards were founded in 2024 based on our longstanding Top 100 Awards format and in alignment with our core organizational value of inclusion. Greater Rochester Chamber accounting partner Insero Advisors, LLC determines MWBE Award rankings based upon dollar and percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. All revenue information received is kept strictly confidential.

“Congratulations to all of tonight’s MWBE Award honorees! We are proud to celebrate the achievements of these organizations and the leaders that drive their growth. Our business community is profoundly strengthened by the diversity that permeates throughout industries and sectors. From innovative new solutions to workforce evolutions, our region is stronger thanks to the diverse men and women leading companies here,” said Bob Duffy, President & CEO, Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce. “Greater Rochester Chamber is proud to work alongside you to accelerate opportunity and action. Thank you to our partners at Insero Advisors, LLC and Monroe County for their contributions to make this event possible, and all of our sponsors and attendees for their continued support of this work.”

This year’s Top 50 MWBEs collectively generated over $437 million in local revenues and employ over 2,000 individuals. These businesses span a diverse array of industries, with service sector businesses prominently represented by 37% of the cumulative revenues, followed closely by the technology industry with 32% of the total revenue.

To be eligible for the Greater Rochester Chamber MWBE Awards, businesses must be independent, privately held, headquartered in the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region, have a minimum gross revenue of $250,000 in each of the three most recent fiscal years, and have a minimum of 51% ownership, operation, and control by minorities and/or women. The program celebrates economic progress for all employers, regardless of their background.

Additionally, at the ceremony on Wednesday, Monroe County recognized the new 198 MWBEs certified in 2025. Monroe County is committed to providing opportunities for underutilized businesses to grow, build capacity, and create generational wealth. Greater Rochester Chamber has partnered with Monroe County to celebrate these certified businesses and offer complimentary membership to newly certified organizations not previously affiliated with our organization annually since 2023.

“Minority and women-owned businesses are a driving force behind Monroe County’s economic growth, workforce innovation and an inclusive future,” said Monroe County Executive Adam Bello. “My administration made expanding opportunities for MWBEs a top priority by creating our own certification program that levels the playing field and opens the door to county contracting opportunities. The businesses certified in 2025 join a network that now tops 950 certified MWBEs that have secured nearly $40 million in government contracts since the program began. Together, we are helping build a stronger, more equitable economy in Monroe County.”

The application process for the 2027 Greater Rochester Chamber MWBE Awards will begin in November 2026 and will be open through February 2027.
