TES Staffing is proud to announce the appointment of Karyn Tellez as President, ushering in an exciting new chapter for the organization as it continues to grow and strengthen its impact across the Rochester community.

A founding employee of TES Staffing in the early 2000s, Tellez has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth from its early days into a trusted staffing and workforce partner for organizations across the region. She is widely recognized for her leadership, deep commitment to clients and candidates, and her ability to build strong, lasting relationships. In her new role as President, she will oversee the company’s strategic direction, operations, and continued expansion, with a focus on delivering exceptional staffing and workforce solutions. “Karyn is the kind of leader who elevates everyone around her,” said Brian Harding, who will transition into the role of CEO. “Her vision, energy, and commitment to doing right by our clients, candidates, and team make her the ideal person to lead TES into the future.”

Throughout her tenure, Tellez has helped shape TES Staffing’s culture and reputation as a relationship-driven, people-first organization. Her leadership has contributed to the company’s ability to evolve with the needs of both employers and job seekers—adapting to workforce trends, expanding service offerings, and strengthening long-term partnerships throughout the Rochester business community.
