Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union to Host Free Community Shred Days at Four Locations
Geneva, NY – Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union will host Community Shred Day events this spring to help residents safely dispose of sensitive personal documents and reduce the risk of identity theft. The events will take place on two Saturdays at four branch locations and are open to all community and local business members.

Saturday, April 25 – (9 a.m.-noon)
- Geneva Office – 27 Seneca Street, Geneva
- Fairport Office – 70 South Main Street, Fairport
Saturday, May 2nd – (9 a.m. – noon)
- Phelps Office – 1934 State Route 96, Phelps
- Webster Office – 815 Ridge Road, Webster
Community and Business members may bring documents containing confidential information, including bank statements, tax records, and medical paperwork, for secure, on-site shredding. Materials will be destroyed safely and responsibly by a professional shredding service.
No appointment is required. Service is available on a first come first served basis and may conclude before noon if shredding trucks reach capacity.
