Christa Development Announces Transition of WillowBrook Property
Perinton, NY – Christa Development has completed the acquisition of Buildings 100–500 at the WillowBrook property located at 1407–1451 Pittsford-Victor Road in the Town of Perinton, near the Victor border.

The company also wishes to thank the existing tenants for their continued patronage and partnership during this process.
The property is currently undergoing municipal review as part of a proposed mixed-use redevelopment plan with a residential component. While additional details will be shared at a later date, Christa Development is enthusiastic about the future vision for the site and looks forward to announcing exciting developments in the months ahead.
