Pittsford, NY — Buckingham Properties is pleased to announce the acquisition of Clover Commons and Clover View Plaza, two retail centers located along the highly trafficked portion of Monroe Avenue in Pittsford, NY. These acquisitions further strengthen Buckingham’s presence in one of the region’s most active retail areas.

The properties complement Buckingham Properties’ existing holdings along the strip including: Monroe Clover Plaza, Oak Hill Commons, and Springhouse Commons. Together, these centers benefit from strong visibility, steady traffic, and proximity to surrounding residential neighborhoods.
