Tompkins Community Bank Expands Western New York Mortgage Lending Team
BATAVIA, NY (January 20, 2025) – In a continued effort to support the needs of homebuyers throughout Western New York, Tompkins Community Bank has welcomed Migdalia “Miggie” Concepcion, CRA mortgage loan originator and community lending specialist, to its mortgage lending team. In this role, Concepcion will focus on expanding access to home financing in historically underserved and low to moderate-income communities. Concepcion brings 33 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, joining Tompkins from USA Bank. In her role, she will originate residential mortgages, lead homebuyer seminars and collaborate with local non-profits and provide personalized guidance to help residents achieve sustainable homeownership.
A dedicated community volunteer, Concepcion is actively involved with the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors, Rochester Hopes and the Father Tracy Advocacy Center. She is licensed through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
