The wreath is now on display in the lobby of Tower280, hanging near the recently restored Clock of Nations—bringing together two beloved Midtown icons in the heart of downtown.

The wreath’s installation complements Buckingham Properties’ broader preservation efforts, which include the restoration and return of the Clock of Nations and the display of a section of the original Midtown Monorail at The Grove in the lobby of 260 East Broad Street following its redevelopment in 2022.
