DECEMBER 20, 2025 (ROCHESTER, NY) – Greater Rochester Chamber has released the following statement today on behalf of President & CEO Bob Duffy:
“We are hoping for a full and swift recovery for the three officers and the victim injured in last night’s incident.
This serves as a sobering reminder of the danger law enforcement officers face every single day—and of the courage, professionalism, and commitment to service they show in answering that call, last night and always. Incidents like this carry an added weight during this time of year when families are meant to be together, underscoring the far-reaching impact these actions have on loved ones and the broader community.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the officers, the victim, and all of their families during this incredibly difficult time.”
