Hispanic Heritage Month Brunch Series with Food, Art, and Music at Midtown Café

The series kicks off on Sunday, September 14 (11 a.m.–3 p.m.), with organizer and head bartender Edwin Agron donating tips from all four Sundays to Rochester Hope on behalf of the Hispanic Heritage Committee.

The show Sancocho opens at Geva Theatre on October 14, and to help spread the word as neighbors downtown, a Geva display inside the café throughout Hispanic Heritage Month will have a $10 off discount code for purchasing tickets. Sancocho, by Christin Eve Cato, follows two Puerto Rican sisters whose simmering family tensions come to a boil as they prepare their father’s beloved dish.
