ROCHESTER, NY – Greater Rochester Chamber is excited to announce its new GRYP Leadership Program, coming to our community this winter, with registrations open now. The Greater ROC Young Professional (GRYP) Leadership Program is an 8-month experience designed for early-career professionals who are ready to grow, make a bigger impact, and accelerate their path forward. Built for today’s fast-changing, unpredictable work environment, GRYP blends modern content, practical tools, and immersive experiences into one powerful program.

Through a combination of high-impact interactive workshops, in-person site visits at standout organizations across our community, personalized skill-building with a seasoned leadership coach, and one-on-one executive mentoring, the GRYP Leadership Program offers an engaging, hands-on learning experience where you’ll actively practice new skills and gain insights you can immediately use in your role.

“Greater Rochester Chamber is proud to invest in the next generation of professionals leading the way for our region. Through the GRYP Leadership Program, we’re ensuring that our community is set up for success for years to come, with will-connected and well-prepared leaders at the helm,” said Bob Duffy, President & CEO, Greater Rochester Chamber. “People are the most valuable asset at any company. I would encourage organizational and HR leaders to utilize this opportunity to provide staff with opportunities to continue to learn and grow with their peer leaders, some of our region’s best up-and-coming professionals.”

The GRYP Leadership Program is an evolution of Greater Rochester Chamber’s longstanding CLIMB program, which received national recognition and graduated 140 participants over seven cohorts. With this new model, we’re refreshing the program to meet the latest needs of young professionals and align its efforts with our broader Greater ROC Young Professionals initiative. Other GRYP programming includes socials to foster connectivity, volunteering opportunities to give back to our community, and a full-day leadership conference for young professionals on Wednesday, October 1.

Program registration is open now for the first cohort of the GRYP Leadership Program, with limited seats available. Exclusive discounted pricing is available for Greater Rochester Chamber members, helping organizations maximize limited professional development budgets with high-impact opportunities. The program will formally kick off in January. To learn more, please see the program overview with key takeaways and the registration page to secure your seat today.
