“We are honored to be named to a third Great Place to Work list this year,” said Maureen Wolfe, executive vice president, chief administrative officer. “As we continue to grow, we remain committed to investing in our employee experience. This recognition reflects our dedication to fostering a work environment where women are equipped with the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive throughout each stage of their career. We’re grateful for their dedication to living our core values each day and the invaluable role they play in providing a superior experience for our members.”

To determine the Best Workplaces for Women™ list, Great Place to Work uses confidential employee survey data and other company-provided data points to measure key behaviors in the workplace. Companies must meet specific criteria such as having a fair number of women, high female representation in leadership, and a high Trust Index score from female employees. Companies must also consistently create a positive workplace culture.
