Business leaders across the Rochester region are invited to join Lead the Shift: AI Business Summit on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Rochester Academy of Medicine.
The full-day summit is designed for business owners, executives, HR and People leaders, operations professionals, and other decision-makers who are trying to understand what AI means for their organizations, their workforce, and the future of work.
Rather than focusing only on tools and technology, Lead the Shift will explore the practical business questions surrounding AI adoption, including leadership readiness, workforce skills, responsible implementation, organizational change, and stronger collaboration between HR, IT, operations, and business leaders.
