ConServe Welcomes Two New Directors of Business Development to Sales Team

Rochester, N.Y. – August 24, 2026 - Continental Service Group, LLC d/b/a ConServe, a top-performing provider of accounts receivable management services specializing in customized collections solutions, is excited to announce the addition of Ryan Forshay and David Ellice to their Sales Department as Directors of Business Development.

In their new roles, Ryan and David will focus on supporting ConServe’s East and Western Regions while developing strategies that align with the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. They will report directly to Michelle Hartmann, Vice President of Sales. “We are thrilled to welcome Ryan and David to our team,” said Michelle Hartmann, Vice President of Sales. “Their extensive experience, leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of the collections and financial services industries will further strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional value to our Clients. Ryan brings more than 16 years of experience in the collections and sales industries. A results-driven business leader, he has focused much of his career on driving operational excellence, fostering strong Client relationships, and expanding market presence through strategic territory growth. He also has more than a decade of leadership experience overseeing high-performing collections teams serving ConServe's federal contracts, colleges and universities, and credit union Clients. Ryan resides in Macedon, New York.

David brings more than a decade of experience in business development, sales leadership, and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of driving growth and cultivating long-term Client relationships. Prior to joining ConServe, he held business development and sales leadership positions within the financial technology sector, partnering with organizations across a diverse range of industries and market segments. In his role at ConServe, David leverages his expertise to expand business opportunities, strengthen Client partnerships, and identify strategic avenues for growth. David resides in Dallas, Texas.
