Leveraging HR Services to Overcome Workplace Challenges: Advancing HR Knowledge to Drive Business Results
Throughout this series, we've explored how workforce data helps HR identify challenges, guide decision-making, and demonstrate measurable impact. As HR's role at the leadership table continues to expand, developing HR professionals is a critical business investment. By strengthening expertise in disciplines such as talent acquisition and talent management, employee and labor relations, compensation plan design, benefits administration, human resource development, and labor law, organizations position HR to drive solutions that support both employees and organizational success.
Greater Rochester Chamber's Human Resources Management Training Series provides practical training in each of these key HR disciplines. Registration is now open for the full series and for each individual discipline. The series takes place this fall from September 1st through September 15th. Each half day session is designed for both newer HR professionals and experienced practitioners looking to refresh and expand their knowledge. And is taught by an experienced Senior Human Resource Leader with a demonstrated history of success working in a variety of industries, who continually receives glowing reviews from training attendees.
Next in the series: We'll explore why developing frontline supervisors is another critical investment organizations can make to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
Our Tuesday Voice of Business email helps keep HR professionals informed on the latest workplace trends, compliance topics, and resources.
