Ryan T. Biesenbach Elected Partner at Underberg & Kessler
Rochester, New York, July 6, 2026 – Underberg & Kessler LLP is pleased to announce that Ryan T. Biesenbach has been elected a Partner of the firm.

Ryan is experienced in all stages of litigation, from intake to resolution in federal and New York State courts, arbitration, and before agencies. He advises business, not-for-profit, and individual clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, including the development of effective employment policies, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour issues, employee benefits claims, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
He earned his B.A. from the State University of New York at Fredonia, his M.A. from Wake Forest University, and his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Ryan is a Board Member and Legislative Affairs Director of the Genesee Valley Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, and he serves as Secretary of the Literacy Rochester Board of Directors. Ryan is a member of the Monroe County and the Ontario County Bar Associations, and he recently graduated from the 2026 Monroe County Bar Association Leadership Academy.
Ryan was recognized in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America® for his work in Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment Law–Management, Litigation–Labor and Employment in Rochester, NY. He is a 2024 and 2025 Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars honoree.
