Memorial Art Gallery to host annual Pride Celebration Day on July 9
Rochester, NY, June 30, 2026—The Memorial Art Gallery (MAG) is proud to host its annual Pride Celebration Day on Thursday, July 9, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. This vibrant, family-friendly evening is free and open to all, inviting Rochesterians to come together in the Neighborhood of the Arts for a celebration of acceptance, art, and community joy. Attendees can enjoy free museum admission and a full lineup of activities for all ages, including live music by the Flower City Pride Band, Drag Story Hour, Drag performances, hands-on arts and crafts, community resource tables, and festive treats. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite Pride or rainbow attire, relax in the Centennial Sculpture Park, or bring a blanket and picnic on the MAG lawn while enjoying an evening of celebration with family and friends. Museum galleries will close at 8:00 pm, with outdoor activities and entertainment continuing until 9:00 pm.
