Free Compensation Data for Members? Let Me Count the Ways!
Greater Rochester Chamber provides a variety of ways for members to access complimentary compensation data as a benefit of membership.
Payfactors Free
Through our partnership with Payscale, we offer Payfactors Free to all Greater Rochester Chamber members at no additional cost. This valuable compensation solution allows HR professionals to instantly benchmark a wide variety of jobs across the U.S. and Canada, using 100% HR-sourced data with over 6,000 jobs to choose from. Members receive up to 50 job pricings for free (total, not per year). After reaching that threshold, members can purchase one of the upgrade packages at a discounted rate to get access to additional data and robust tools. Chamber Surveys
Payfactors Free data is an excellent complement to the Rochester-area Annual Wage and Salary Surveys and National Executive Compensation Survey that Corporate and Partner members already have access to participate in annually at no cost and all members have access to purchase. When Corporate and Partner members participate in the various wage and benefits benchmarking surveys, they receive complimentary results for any surveys they participate in.
Note: The 2024 Annual Wage & Salary Surveys and 2024 National Executive Compensation Survey are in progress now! Corporate and Partner members who wish to participate still have time to do so! Just email one of the HR Services staff listed below. Results of the local wage surveys will be available in mid-April while the national data will be available in early June. Need data now? Members and nonmembers may purchase a copy of the various benchmarking surveys using the order form here. Pricing varies by membership tier. HR/compensation consultants may purchase any of the surveys as well for use with client projects. Please contact us for the consultant order form.
Zywave HR Services Portal - New!
Last but not least, through our newest partnership with Zywave, members can login to the Zywave HR Services Portal and utilize the salary tool. Members can use this handy tool to search compensation and pay structure reports either annually or by the hour. In addition, salary benchmarking survey information can be viewed and compared nationally, by state or within a state (narrowed by region or metro area) for over 800 positions.
