Mineral HR Portal – Partnership Ended 12/31/23
In cased you missed it, for those members who have been utilizing the Mineral compliance portal, we have made the difficult decision to end the relationship effective December 31, 2023 due to a substantial price increase and one we were not willing to pass on to members. Unfortunately, they are not willing to work directly with employers.
The good news is, we just launched a partnership with Zywave to bring a similar HR resource to members that will have a variety of options available including information/articles/sample documents, handbook builder, job description builder, salary tool, LMS, as well as some new options like the poster builder, interview question builder, compensation statement builder, and more. Most options will be provided to members at no cost. There will be an additional cost (similar to Mineral) to upgrade to the learning management system and/or the employee handbook builder (federal and all states). We will use our membership database list of HR contacts at member companies to send an invitation to create an account so those interested can log into the portal to start taking advantage of the many benefits of Zywave. If you don't receive an invitation by the end of this week, please contact us to request one.
We are also offering another demo and introduction webinar on January 25 to show members the new portal and the many tools available. We recorded the January 10th demo webinar so if anyone was unable to attend on January 10 and/or can't attend January 25, please contact us and we'll send the recording to you.
