Wilmac Technologies to Host AI-Inspired Event for Customer Experience Professionals
Industry-Leading Partner to Take the Stage at Oak Hill in January
Rochester, New York: Wilmac Technologies is excited to be hosting an educational event, specifically on the topic of artificial intelligence and how it’s being used in customer experience and contact center technology. The event is slated for the morning of Thursday, January 11th at Oak Hill Country Club.

The event itself is tabbed, “AI for Breakfast,” where Wilmac Technologies’ Director of Marketing Emily Miller will be interviewing Five9’s RVP of AI and IVA (Intelligent Virtual Agent), Jaime Reloj. Other members of Wilmac Tech’s Cloud Contact Center team will participate in a panel-style discussion, including Wilmac Tech Sales Director Ben Bowen.
Attendees can expect to hear from industry experts about how artificial intelligence is shaping the trajectory of customer experience and contact center technology. Sharing insight into the current state of AI in the contact center along with what the typical customer journey looks like when adopting AI-driven products, the discussion will utilize practical real-life stories to drive home the opportunities local organizations have to elevate their customer experience.
