Mineral HR Portal – Partnership Ending 12/31/23
For those members who have been utilizing the Mineral compliance portal, we have made the difficult decision to end the relationship effective December 31, 2023 due to a substantial price increase and one we were not willing to pass on to members.
Important: Any members who have employee handbooks they created in the portal should download a copy by 12/31 so you don’t have to recreate from scratch. Members who have purchased the upload packages for harassment prevention training have been notified separately of the end date.
The good news is, we are working with Zywave to bring a similar HR resource to members that will have a variety of options available including information/articles/sample documents, handbook builder, job description builder, salary tool, LMS, as well as some new options like the poster builder, interview question builder, compensation statement builder, and more. Some options will again be provided to members at no cost, and some options will be available for a nominal cost. We will notify members once we are ready to roll out. And we will be offering webinars to help members learn about the new portal.
