Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Hosts Successful 2023 Women Empowering Women Conference
Rochester, NY(March 16, 2023) - Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and its Women’s Council affiliate held the 5th annual Women Empowering Women conference on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency Rochester. The sold-out event brought together over 450 women from various industries to inspire and support one another in their personal and professional growth.
The conference featured keynote speakers, panels, and interactive workshops where speakers shared their insights and experiences on a range of topics, including sponsorship, mentorship, and allyship; giving and receiving feedback; career skills; setting boundaries; and effective networking. The speakers and attendees shared practical advice and strategies to help each other overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
