Twelve Organizations Honored at the Greater Rochester Quality Council 2022 Performance Excellence Awards
ROCHESTER, NY (October 11, 2022) Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC), a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce affiliate, today announced the winners of the 2022 Performance Excellence Awards. Twelve organizations submitted a total of 21 award applications in three GRQC Award categories: Organizational Excellence, Customer Experience and Team Excellence.
“This year’s honorees highlight best-in-class practices used to strengthen performance in their own teams and organizations,” Michael Caceci, Chair, GRQC. “The combined impacts of these efforts result in major quality and performance improvements in healthcare, non-profit, and business sectors across the Greater Rochester and Central New York regions.”
The 2022 Showcase and Performance Excellence Awards event at Locust Hill Country Club drew more than 190 attendees. Brian Reh, CEO, Gorbel, Inc. delivered the keynote address.
