Policies & Benefits Survey Released – Are your Organization’s Benefits Competitive?

How well do your company's policies and benefits stack up against both local and national employers? Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce has answers to more than 330 human resource policies and benefits questions in its 2021-2022 Policies & Benefits Survey.

Released in April 2021, the survey questions cover such vital topics as paid time off, employee relations, pay practices, working conditions, health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, recruitment, training and development, and more. Information is broken down by employer size and job classification in both the local and national reports. Employers frequently use this survey as a reference tool to measure their competitiveness in the Rochester and national marketplace.

Greater Rochester Chamber Corporate and Partner members that participated in the survey and whose membership is in good standing were sent a complimentary PDF copy of the survey via email last week. However members that didn't participate have the option of purchasing the survey at the lowest member rate. Business Builder and Basic members can also purchase the survey at a discounted rate and non-members can purchase the survey at the regular rate.

Corporate and Partner member participants who didn't receive the results email can request a resend of the complimentary results (membership must be in good standing).
