Upcoming HR Policies & Practices Training – Not Just for HR Professionals!

To assist employers with achieving employee professional development goals, Greater Rochester Chamber offers several training series options through our Chamber Academy. One such training is the Human Resources Management series. We are offering two half-day sessions for each date below, with different HR topics covered in each. Attendees can attend both morning and afternoon sessions, or just one of the sessions.

This comprehensive, hands-on series of HR-related classes is designed to refresh knowledge for people already in the HR profession, or can also provide a comprehensive overview of HR policies and practices for newer HR professionals, as well as those in other positions that have been assigned HR responsibilities. Several sessions will also be helpful to supervisors looking to expand their knowledge of HR practices. In class exercises and discussion help reinforce the learning.

Below there is detail on each session or view the full course flyer here which you can share with a colleague.
