Stein is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.
Stein earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester. He is admitted to practice in New York State and before the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
